Thuringien Rostbraetel

Origen: Saale-Unstrut-Gebiet (Germany)

Ingredients for 4 portions:

4 streaky pork fillets, 4 big onions, 4 tl rape oil, mustard, pepper and salt

Method of preparation:

Tailoring one big piece of aluminium foil per one fillet, grease it with a brush and seize all with onion rings. Salt and pepper the fillets and butter all with mustard an put the fillets with the spiced part onto te onion rings. Repeat all at the upper side and cover it with the onion rings. Close the foil well. Following bake all in the oven for 30 minutes with 250 degrees and again 30 minutes with 130 degrees. Drink a beer, eat a garlic-baguette and it would be a perfect evening!

Preparation time: 30 minutes approx.
