Ingredients: ½ kg potatoes, approx. 0,45 kg flour, 1-2 eggs, salt.
Method of preparation: Cook the potatoes. Peel and mash them. Make a dough with all ingredients and form noodles. Cook the noodles in boiling water. In the meantime fried poppy seed or breadcrumbs in butter, add some sugar and brandish the noodles therein.
