Origen: Weinidylle Südburgenland (Austria)

Ingredients: ½ kg beans, ½ kg flour, 0,20 kg lard.

Method of preparation: Water the beans already on eve. Boil the beans soft. Heat the flour without fat and put the hot beans and beans-water to the flour – you will get smaller and bigger lumps. Shortly before serving douse it with hot lard.
