Zander fish filet

Origen: Weinidylle Südburgenland (Austria)

Ingredients (4 portions): 4 Zander filets à 18 dag, 2 tomaotoes, parsley, 8 mushrooms, garlic, 8 small shallots, butter
salt, pepper, lemon juice, worchester sauce, some flour and oil to roast, 12 boiled potatoes.

Method of preparation: Salt the filets, then give them pepper and worchester sauce, flour them and roast them,
then roast the shallots, peel and random the tomatoes and roast them with the mushrooms in oil and put the butter, lemon juice and parsley and garlic together. Serve the filets on the plates, put the vegetables on the plates, then sway the boiled potatoes trough the hot butter, put them on the plates and bestrew them with the parsley.
