Creme of curd cheese and chocolate with sour cherries

Origen: Weinidylle Südburgenland (Austria)

Ingredients: 500 g fine curd cheese, 100 g sugar, 100 g white chocolate, 2 cl brandy of oranges or cherries, 0,5 L cream, 500 g sour cherries with the juice, lemon juice, some sugar, bound it with corn flour

Method of preparation: Take the 500 g fine curd cheese, melt the chocolate, stir them with sugar, put the cream into it and fill it into glasses, then put the sour cherries on it and serve it cold! Enjoy it!
