Exhibition "Old Bottles" in Bullas

"Old Bottles" is the name of the new exhibiton shown in the Wine Museum of Bullas, Spain. It is the result of the work of compilation developed by Pedro Piñero and Jacob Martínez.

They have been collecting bottles for many years after finding them during their trips around the countryside, one of their hobbies. Most of them come from abandoned country houses, wastelands, dumps... Some of them have been given by friends. These bottles are dated between 1950 and 1980.

The exhibition shows many different types of bottles, many of them engraved and printed. They were addressed for many types of products such us water, soft drinks, beer, milk, liquors and of course, wine.

Undoubtely is a very interesting collection and a new way of discovering the content through the container. They are objects which really are pieces of history, belonging to a past daily life.
