Cabernet Sauvignon Lanthieri

Vinification: Red dry

Year: 1999

Description: The colour of wine is a very intense red, turning brownish with years. The flavour of the wine is characterised by a firm and supple tannin structure. The wine boasts several fragrances ranging from small wild berries and smoke to a variety of plant fragrances. Serve: We recommend it with the following food: grilled beef, lamb, game dishes, cheese. Alcohol in Vol. 12%

Chardonnay

Vinification: White dry

Year: 2003

Description: Chardonnay is a premium wine of a pleasing and extremely full taste. Its varietal aroma is reminiscent of citruses, ripe peaches, melon, vanilla and hazel nuts, complemented by a pronounced aroma of bread crust. In the mouth, the wine is fresh, crispy, full-bodied and pleasingly warm. Its finish is accompanied by a pleasing aroma due to its maturation in barriques. The after-taste is lingering and velvety. Chardonnay pairs perfectly with lamb, poultry and sheep dishes, spiced fish dishes and grilled vegetables. We highly recommend pasta with basil, dentex and trout carpaccio with rosemary. Alcohol in Vol. 14,42%

Merlot

Vinification: Red dry

Year: 2003

Description: Merlot is a premium wine of dark ruby red colour with fruity aroma reminiscent of cherry, raspberry, blackberry and mulberry, rounded off with the aroma of vanilla, ripe plum, coffee and biscuit crust, full-bodied with softly pronounced sweet tannins and an enjoyable lingering and warm after-taste. Merlot pairs deliciously with pork dishes, venison dishes, beef dishes and medium mature cheeses. We highly recommend: ravioli stuffed with prosciutto, garlic and dried tomatoes, sheep meat with onions and dried tomatoes, and chicken ragu with paprika, potatoes and olives. Alcohol in Vol. 12,5%

Pinela

Vinification: White dry

Year: 2003

Description: The wine is light yellow, moderate in alcohol and acids, with a subtle bouquet and a pleasant, fresh , and fruity flavour. Pinela attraction is the freshness and liveliness of young wine. Pinela is an exclusive of the Vipava Valley. Should be served as a fresh, light and lively wine, it goes best light cheeses, freshwater fish, and pasta. Alcohol in Vol. 12,7%.

Sauvignon Zemono

Vinification: White dry

Year: 2003

Description: Dry wine, green-yellowish, full-flavoured, with pleasant fresh acid, not too heavy in terms of alcoholic content, distinguished by a unique bouquet of muscat and fragrance nuances of fresh sweet peppers, freshly cut grass and elder blossoms. Serve: We recommend Sauvignon with the following food: gnocchi, lasagna, pasta with tomatoe sauce, gilthead seabream, scorpion fish, red bream, blue fish, the fruit of the sea alla Busaro, young chicken, quail. Alcohol in Vol. 12,6%
