Cepas del Zorro Tinto
Vinification: Red
Year: 2005
Description: Wine produced from selected grapes from the oldest vineyards (40-50 years). Grape varieties: Monastrell (65%), Tempranillo (25%) and Syrah (10%). Aged in French and American oak barrique. 13% Alc.
It is a wine which links fruit and ageing characteristics, soft and with long persistence.
At sight: red-ruby colour, very clean image, good tear-formation.
Nose: complex, keeping the typical sensation of mature fruit from the grapes and also spiced touches and vanilla, typical from the ageing in quality oak wood.
Inside the mouth: well structured, nice tanines, silky, round, wide, fruity (mature fruit), spiced touches. Long persistence.
Ideal to serve between 16º-18º C to accompany hunting meat, stews, etc.

Description: Grape varieties: Monastrell and Syrah. 15% Alc.
At sight: Intense maroon with purple border, deep, brilliant.
Nose: Intense aroma, with presence of black fruit, sweet, liquor and mermelade shades, also with quality wood perfectly integrated. Evolution to aromas more complex (balsamic, milky and spiced).
Inside the mouth: strong, great structure with mature tanines, good representative of the Mediterranean wines. Long persistence with spiced and torrefact aromas with a final tasting soft and velvet.

Year: 2005
Description: Grape varieties: Monastrell (68%), Syrah (13%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and Tempranillo (9%). Aged in French oak barrel. 14,5% Alc.
At sight: Intense red, with purple details.
Nose: Mature red fruit also with details of Mediterranean smelling grass, a balsamic touch and also mineral flavours (grafite). Complex and fresh.
Inside the mouth: silky body, fresh and tasty in mouth's centre, mature tanines and fresh sharpness. It is a complex and tasty wine.

Madroñal Crianza

Description: Grape varieties: 85 % Monastrell and 15 % Syrah. 15% Alc.
Brilliant at sight, covered purple colour, fruit aroma and wood sensations. Intense and equilibrated inside the mouth, low sharpness and soft tanines, long closing.

Partal Crianza
Vinification: Red
Year: 2003
Description: Red wine produced with a blend of Monastrell (60%) and Syrah, Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties from the 60 years old vineyards of the Aceniche Valley. This wine is matured in barriques in the modern cellars of the Bodega Balcona winery. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques. 14,50% Alc.
At sight: excellent cherry colour, well covered.
Nose: black fruit aromas with fine wood touches, spiced and mineral.
Inside the mouth: Good structure, well concentrated and a very mature and enveloped tanine. Lasting flavour which invites to drink.
Ideal to be served between 16-18ºC and combinated with cheese or red and hunting meat.
