Description: Dry wine, green-yellowish, full-flavoured, with pleasant fresh acid, not too heavy in terms of alcoholic content, distinguished by a unique bouquet of muscat and fragrance nuances of fresh sweet peppers, freshly cut grass and elder blossoms. Serve: We recommend Sauvignon with the following food: gnocchi, lasagna, pasta with tomatoe sauce, gilthead seabream, scorpion fish, red bream, blue fish, the fruit of the sea alla Busaro, young chicken, quail.
