Description: Chardonnay is a premium wine of a pleasing and extremely full taste. Its varietal aroma is reminiscent of citruses, ripe peaches, melon, vanilla and hazel nuts, complemented by a pronounced aroma of bread crust. In the mouth, the wine is fresh, crispy, full-bodied and pleasingly warm. Its finish is accompanied by a pleasing aroma due to its maturation in barriques. The after-taste is lingering and velvety. Chardonnay pairs perfectly with lamb, poultry and sheep dishes, spiced fish dishes and grilled vegetables. We highly recommend pasta with basil, dentex and trout carpaccio with rosemary.
