The wine is produced with the use of traditional winegrowing procedures typical of Vipava region wine cellars and modern technology.
The color of this wine ranges from straw yellow to light green, even the dry one has a strong and full flavor. It has a full and mixed apple, pear and peach aroma It is full-bodied, rich wine, both in aroma and palate; the finish is lengthy. Its characteristic is the balance between alcohol and acids. The richness of the extract does not permit the acids to spoil the palate; instead they give the wine a special, vivacious flavor despite its full body.
